Currently we use EMS as our main carrier and ship our products to most countries and areas that EMS can reach.Free shipping over $99 all over the world except Africa.

Delivery time
Receipt of international orders take 5-7 business days. Generally, the total processing time and shipping are equal to the total delivery time. The processing time generally ranges from 24 hours to 2 days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting information to the appropriate warehouse, packing and shipping the item to. After completing the treatment, the expedition begins. Transport time is the transit time express delivery from the warehouse to your delivery address.

International Shipping
We offer express delivery with insurance and confirmation tracking shipping box. It usually takes 5-7 working days for delivery. 24-48 overtime for processing time and can take up to 48 additional hours in case we need to contact the payment processor for credit card verification.
We will not be liable to charge customs fees in each country. We charge full shipping price for all returns and international trade.
* For packages that are not claimed or returned because of incomplete address, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
* If your order does not arrive on time, there may be delay due to compensation processing customized for your country. Feel free to email us to help you locate your package at any time.

Order Tracking
Order tracking is available in the My Account page or send you a tracking link with the tracking number by email when the order was shipped.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following points:
* Delivery occurs only on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
* Of certain holidays that carriers do not pick up or deliver.

[II]:General Returns Privacy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund morequickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper , the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it , and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will try our best to offer highest quality products and service to fullfill our customers satisfaction, but here we should highlight, if there's no fault of us, we could not offer full refund.

Step 2: Submit Your Return Request by email
To initiate a return, please send an email to us, please ensure your email title include the order number related with the items you want to return,at the same time, please ensure that you will give detailed information about why you want to return the item; we suggest you use the same email address which you have used to register your account on our website to send us the return request email.

Step 3: Return Case Review
Once we receive your return request,one of our service agent from customer service department will review the case, If necessary, we will request additional information about your order, In most cases,we will accept return request, Normally customer will cover the shipping charge for return if it's not our error.

Step 4: Return Case Confirmation
We will notify you by email about your return case, and give the return address for you to send the goods back to us; we accept no responsibility, regardless of value, for untrackable or uninsured items and cannot complete your return. Be sure to check with your preferred carrier, as UPS, FEDEX and USPS each have different tracking and insurance policies.

Step 5: Customer Send item Back to us
Please Package the item, and send to our return center , please using a trackable shipping method like USPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS etc, and then just reply the email with the order number and tracking number.

Step 6: Received Returned Goods
Normally it will take few days for your goods returned back to our return center, and we will notify you by email when we receive your goods.

Step 7: Release Refund
We will release refund in 1-2 days after we receive your goods.
